Wanda Kippenbrock is an artist whose work is filled with imagination expressed through a strong sense of design, composition and delicate facility. Pervasive themes in her work are those of nature; her wonderful florals that transform flowers into a virtuoso display, and the natural world, where her landscapes explore nature, giving it an imagery that has a curious kind of live stillness. Wanda believes that in nature there is perfect harmony and composition, and by studying it one achieves an almost innate sense of design which is reflected in each one of her paintings.
A native Texan with an educational background in Floriculture and Horticulture, Wanda has gained intimate knowledge off all types of flowers through her years in the art of painting and floral design. Wanda has developed a style that is individually her own. Using oil paints on the finest linen, her paintings convey a sense of vibrancy and awakening. Wanda currently divides her time between Dallas and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
